JAKE WALKER

Jake Walker is the Vice President of Acquisitions at World Class Capital Group. He is responsible for structuring, directing and executing the firm’s investment strategy including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures and other transactions of the company and its investment platforms. During his career, Mr. Walker has successfully closed over $250 million in value-added real estate investments, with equity partners including private equity firms, opportunity funds and hedge funds.

Prior to joining WCCG, Mr. Walker was Director of Commercial Acquisitions for Starpoint Commercial Properties, LLC where he was responsible for all acquisition, disposition and financing of investments and oversaw the acquisitions team’s sourcing, diligence, negotiation, business strategy, and overall execution of the firm’s investment strategy.

Prior to joining Starpoint, Mr. Walker served as Director of Acquisitions for Centaurus Investments, LLC ,where he was instrumental in the company’s growth, helping take the company from a three man startup to over one hundred employees while growing its investment holdings by over 500%.

Mr. Walker received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He is an active member of the Pension Real Estate Association and serves on the Advisory Council for the University of Texas at Austin Real Estate Finance and Investment Center.
