DAVID CRAIG

David Craig is the Director of Asset Management at World Class Capital Group. He is responsible for managing the firm’s real estate investment portfolio including implementing property and portfolio strategies, overseeing development and leasing, structuring construction and permanent financing, optimizing property operations, and managing dispositions.

Prior to joining WCCG, Mr. Craig spent eleven years with Crow Holdings, spending a majority of that time as a Director in the company’s private equity fund business, where he oversaw a $1.8 billion portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments across four Crow Holdings’ sponsored private equity funds. He was responsible for sourcing and closing new investment and development opportunities, structuring joint ventures, arranging financing, and developing and executing individual and portfolio level strategies.

Mr. Craig received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He is a past member of The Real Estate Council of Dallas’s Associate Leadership Council as well as the Urban Land Institute’s CDC-Gold Council, a former board member of the Stemmons Corridor Business Association, and is currently active in ULI Austin and The Real Estate Council of Austin.
