CAMERON WINFREY

Cameron Winfrey is the Corporate Counsel for World Class Capital Group. He is responsible for all of the company’s legal and compliance matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, entity formation, litigation, corporate finance, corporate governance and overall risk management.

Prior to joining World Class Capital Group, Mr. Winfrey spent four years as Corporate Counsel of Beal Bank, Beal Bank USA and Beal Financial Corporation, specializing in transactional, corporate governance, regulatory consulting and litigation issues. Mr. Winfrey worked on a range of legal matters including the acquisition of failed banks and the acquisition and disposition of domestic and international real estate assets. In his tenure, Mr. Winfrey played an instrumental role in these institutions more than tripling in both employees and assets, with assets growing to over $10 billion.

Additionally, Mr. Winfrey handled the day to day management of a range of complex litigation matters including commercial litigation involving a multi-million dollar portfolio of international real estate assets.

Mr. Winfrey received his bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University and his law degree from the University of Arkansas. He is admitted to practice law in both Texas and Arkansas and is a member of the Real Estate and Corporate Counsel sections of the Texas Bar Association.
